Ukraine’s Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) is tasked with passing major reforms to transform Ukraine into a functioning and durable democratic state in line with international standards. Following the early election of October 2014, the current convocation of the Rada began its term on 27 November 2014. From early on, DRI has been monitoring the current Rada’s legislative activity focusing on legislation related to key political and legal reforms. The chart brings together the status of the draft and adopted laws related to major political and legal reforms such as the constitutional, electoral, judicial, anti-corruption, decentralisation and related reforms. It has been put together and regularly updated by DRI’s Ukraine project team based on the information from the Verkhovna Rada’s website and other open sources.
