The working language is English, in the field of management and business, German is regularly required.

For our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for a Freelancer or a part-time employee (about 16 hours/week) for the expansion and maintenance of our IT network at the earliest possible start date. We are currently implementing MS SharePoint for our data storage and to collaborate with the country offices. The existing server will only be used for archiving purposes in the long term.

 

Your tasks:

  • First and second level support via e-mail, on site and remotely. It is planned to assign the first level support to another in-house position in the next few months, so that more second level tasks should be carried out over the long term.
  • Ensuring the operation in terms of backup, access management and IT security
  • Updating and plausibility check of the security solutions deployed (ex. firewall, virus protection, password policies)
  • Installation, configuration and administration of the hardware and software environment (including Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux Server, Network Printer)
  • Regular network maintenance (e.g., switching, IP routing, VPNs) and updates
  • Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT consulting in the context of process improvement projects
  • Ensuring complete IT documentation
  • Advice on new IT equipment (e.g. establishment of a professional video conference room)
  • Planning and implementation of additional features of the Microsoft Office 365 platform (e-mail archiving, authorization and data protection concepts)

 

Your skills and experience:

Required:

  • Ideally an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or application development or a degree in computer science or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in IT support, ideally in an international organization or NGO
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is required
  • Knowledge of the administration of Windows systems, Microsoft Office 365, IP networks, DNS systems, web servers/web hosts
  • Reliable and solution-oriented
  • Communicative team player with a structured working method
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge

Preferred:

  • knowledge of SharePoint Online is an advantage
  • German language

Your Tasks

  • Support the implementation and further development of DRI’s communications, strategy and tools, including DRI’s social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)

Your Skills and Experience

Required:

  • University degree in communications, media studies digital marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital communications, copywriting and editing, and ability to write engaging media content for a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in visual design, video production, website and social media platforms management, particularly using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Web and graphics design (such as Photoshop and illustrator), in addition to editing videos using Premiere Pro

The project in focus aims to support an inclusive debate on the prospects of political change in Lebanon and the role of youth by:  

  1. Amplifying the voices of civic actors in democratic spaces and discourses – this will include the creation of a podcast/WebTV to share solutions for political reform; 
  1. Training local media makers to support a citizen-centred engagement on democratic discourse and political reform this will include grassroots debates about democratic change in Lebanon.  

 

Your Tasks

Under the overall supervision of the Country Representative and in close coordination with other DRI Lebanon team members, the Project and Communications Officer will

  • Co-design and implement the overall strategy of the podcast/WebTV, content creation, and all outputs and activities of assigned project(s);
  • Coordinate engagement and project delivery with relevant project stakeholders and liaise with external experts and consultants
  • Develop and oversee project monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks and tools, collect and analyse relevant data and compile MEL reports in accordance with DRI’s MEL and donor guidelines
  • Ensure gender and diversity mainstreaming
  • Lead on internal and donor reporting for relevant projects through writing and researching for donor reports
  • Support the implementation and further development of DRI’s communications, strategy
  • Report on DRI’s activities and knowledge products in the form of news and feature stories and other content for DRI’s website
  • Support the outreach to media outlets (developing media messages, writing press materials and kits, drafting and editing comment pieces, in English and Arabic; developing and maintaining contacts with Lebanon-based and regional media professionals

Your Tasks

The Finance and Administration Officer will support DRI in finance, administration, procurement, and human resources, especially with the following tasks:

  • Review incoming invoices, process payments (cash and bank) and prepare all accounting records, including invoices, petty cash management
  • Support with field payments and advance payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and scans for financial documentation
  • Maintain an electronic and physical filing system for administrative and financial records in Lebanon

Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organisation
registered in Berlin, Germany. DRI promotes political participation of citizens, accountability of state bodies, and the development of democratic institutions worldwide. Our headquarters are in Berlin and we have offices in seven countries. Each of these country offices works in local languages in addition to English.

1.         Description of the services required

Within the scope of digitalisation and automation of processes, DRI will introduce a financial software
(ERP system) to improve financial project management and collaboration worldwide. DRI has its
headquarters in Berlin and operates in seven country offices (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Lebanon,
Tunisia, Libya and Ukraine). DRI is using Microsoft Office 365 and currently implementing Microsoft
SharePoint as a collaboration platform in HQ and the seven country offices. The bookkeeping as well as
the annual closure and the tax return are currently being done externally by a German tax accountant and the projects (grants and service contracts) are managed with Microsoft Excel. DRI plans to introduce an accounting software in order to bring the bookkeeping function in-house. The software solution should also enable effective project management according to legal requirements in all country offices as well as donor regulations.

DRI is therefore seeking external expertise to support DRI during the software selection process and to
manage the implementation and roll-out of the financial software. This tender announcement is split into two separate calls:

Expert Consultant to support during the preparation phase (software selection and contract negotiations with the software provider) and

Project Manager to independently manage the complete project (18 months, starting immediately). This position will be also separately published for individuals interested in employment.

2.         Tender I – Expert Consultant

Your duties and responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and working alongside a peer panel consisting of seven
experienced employees, the expert consultant will provide guidance and advice to support DRI in achieving key milestones related to the financial software implementation and roll-out. The primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Review and assess the current project status and analyse the desired milestones and timelines;
  • Identify and define the key financial and operational processes that will be integrated into the
    software, and provide actionable suggestions to streamline current processes;
  • Create a comprehensive list of required criteria for the selected software taking into consideration
    DRI’s current and future processes;
  • Support with the preparation of the specification sheet as a tool for identifying the most suitable
    software and as preparation for the contractual arrangements;
  • Provide feedback on possible alternative solutions to an ERP system, taking into consideration
    DRI’s current IT tools and IT strategy;
  • Support with the contractual negotiations (review/draft contract, advise on licencing model);
  • Review and support with the finalisation of the project implementation plan.

Qualifications required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing financial/accounting software and ERP systems in
    German companies is required (similar experience implementing such a tool on a global scale is a
    plus);
  • Demonstrable experience with not-for-profit organisations and companies with international
    branches;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint;
  • Financial and accounting expertise is a plus;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and German.

Deliverables:

  • A comprehensive list of the key financial and operational processes that will be enhanced with a
    financial software, including a road map for how to amend or adjust current processes;
  • A comprehensive selection criteria list and implementation plan, which has been approved by DRI
    management;
  • Preparation of the software provider specifications sheet;
  • Provide support with the tool selection and contractual negotiations until contract execution with a
    software provider.

Place of performance:

  • Home-based with frequent video calls and tele-conferencing; occasional visits to DRI’s Berlin
    headquarters are anticipated.

Timeframe:

  • Starting immediately; completion of all deliverables by 30 April 2021.

 

3.         Tender II – Project Manager

Your duties and responsibilities:

In collaboration with, and under the supervision of, DRI’s Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the management of the implementation of a financial and accounting software (ERP system) in all of DRI’s offices (headquarters and country offices). DRI is currently in the process of identifying a suitable software solution. A working group consisting of seven experienced colleagues has been formed in order to support the project manager in decision-making and in support to deliver outputs. The primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage and drive the preparation, selection, implementation and roll-out of a financial software
    and ERP system at DRI, while maintaining a holistic view of DRI’s organisational processes, goals
    and IT strategy;
  • Adhere to the project workplan to ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met;
  • Identify, define and develop the key financial and operational processes that will be integrated into
    – and enhanced by – the selected software;
  • Determine the necessary criteria to be met by the software based on company-wide analysis and
    research;
  • Lead the discussions and negotiations with software providers during the selection phase;
  • Ensure a smooth roll-out for all stakeholders (e.g., effectively manage data migration, perform
    functional tests of the software with key users, develop and lead training sessions, act as the SPOC
    for the service provider);
  • Planning and monitoring of the project budget during the implementation and roll-out phases;
  • Other relevant duties, as required.

  • 5+ years of demonstrable IT project management experience;

Background:

Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organisation registered in Berlin. DRI promotes political participation of citizens, accountability of state bodies, and the development of democratic institutions worldwide.

DRI is operating in Sri Lanka since 2016 and has implemented various democratic strengthening projects with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office, the European Union, the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). DRI is working on the thematic areas of human rights, elections, and democratic discourse with a focus on strengthening civil society in their work towards democratic reforms.

DRI is currently recruiting a full-time Finance and Administration Coordinator for its Country Office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Under the overall supervision of the Programme Director or their assigned representative, the Finance and Administration Coordinator will ensure that the country office and management of project funds, meet all donor requirements, Sri Lankan legal requirements, German bookkeeping requirements as well as DRI internal policies and procedures, including procurement, recruitment and human resources, reporting, and legal matters. The Finance and Administration Coordinator will be responsible to line-manage a finance and administration team of two staff.

 

Your Tasks:

Compliance

  • Ensure that the DRI Sri Lanka office meets all donor requirements, Sri Lanka legal requirements, German bookkeeping requirements as well as DRI internal regulations;
  • Draft and oversee implementation of all administrative policies, procedures and templates;
  • Prepare documentation for external audits and expenditure verification, including evidence of payments, procurement and activities as well as compiling the audit samples as required.

Finances and donor reporting

  • Be responsible for the monthly financial reports to DRI Headquarters and budget monitoring;
  • Forecast cashflow requirements and prepare monthly wire transfer requests;
  • Prepare (activity-based) budgets, budget amendments and donor financial reports as per donor requirements;
  • Manage the local bank accounts and process payments (cash and bank) and prepare all accounting records;
  • Manage the partners assessment process according to DRI’s policy;
  • Provide training and financial guidance to subgrantees and project partners and oversee controlling of their financial reports and payment requests;
  • Ensure that all invoices and receipts are collected, classified and stamped in accordance with the structure of the budget and DRI cost centre;
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensures accurate procurement documentation;
  • Act as a main contact person for financial and administrative external stakeholders (bank, lawyers, state authorities regarding office registration, sub-grantees).

Human Resources

  • Support the team with recruitment of candidates for open positions in coordination with Head Office, the approval and signature of timesheets, payroll preparations and payroll related statutory compliances;
  • Preparation of contracts and contract amendments;
  • Preparation of employment and work certificates;
  • Further development of HR processes (e.g. onboard and offboarding processes) and mapping this in our HR Management Software Personio.

Management

  • Manage the DRI Sri Lanka office, including rentals/landlord relations, fixtures and maintenance, IT issues, utilities/supplies, and maintaining/updating the inventory of assets;
  • Line-manage a team of two staff member, including the delegation, review and quality check of tasks and input for staff’s performance appraisals.

 Administration

  • Develop an electronic and physical filing system for administrative and financial records. Electronic filing will be done with SharePoint in the future.

Perform any other related duties, which may be assigned.

 

Your Skills and Experience:

     Required:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, business administration / commerce;
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience with monthly financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budget development and expenditure forecasting, preferably on democracy related projects in a non-governmental organization working on the basis of donor regulations;
  • Experience with European donors funded projects and in working with subgrantees;
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to the development and review of organizational finance and administration policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • Ability of supervise and manage professional and support staff;
  • Understanding and demonstrable experience of human resources, information technology, procurement and logistics aspects of administration;
  • Strong coordination and communication skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders including from the profit and non-profit sector such as service providers, CSO/NGO representatives etc.;
  • Excellent attention to detail to numbers and commitment to quality;
  • In-depth of knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft (MS) Excel
  • Strong proficiency in English, fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil;
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally;
  • Understanding of or interest in the political context and democratic reform process in Sri Lanka is desirable;

Preferred:

  • Initial experience in the use of digital tools (HCM system, SharePoint)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechpartner für die Projektfinanzen von DRI´s Projekten;
  • Verantwortung des Finanzmanagements der Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Finanzmitarbeitern aus den Länderbüros und den Projektmitarbeitern des HQ´s;
  • Entwerfen von Budgets in der Antragsphase;
  • Erstellen von Budgetkontrollen, Prognosen und Cash Flows;
  • Mahnungen / Rechnungen und Budget-Nachträge;
  • Erstellen von Zwischen- bzw. abschließenden Finanzberichten für die Geldgeber;
  • Überprüfen der Dokumentation des Assetmanagements;
  • Management von Partner-Organisationen und Zuwendungsempfängern;
  • Kommunikation mit den Finanzmitarbeitern in den Länderbüros, dem Projekt-Team, den Ansprechpartnern von Geldgebern und/oder Konsortien bzgl. Finanzangelegenheiten;
  • Sicherstellen, dass im Sinne von DRI´s Vorschriften und Richtlinien, sowie Geldgerberregularien gehandelt wird und kommunizieren von diesen an die Länderbüros und innerhalb des HQs;
  • Unterstützen der Länderbüros bei deren Aufstellung, internem Management und Abschlüssen in Finanzangelegenheiten und administrativen Arbeiten;
  • Unterstützung beim Einstellen und Einführen neuer Teamkollegen in den Länderbüros;
  • Sie fungieren als Anlaufstelle für technische und fachliche Fragen.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium abgeschlossen (Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzmanagement o. ä.);
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens vier Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position;
  • Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement von Projekten von internationalen Geldgebern;
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit und die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen, zudem die Eigenschaft unter minimaler Führung zu arbeiten und Fristen zu wahren;

We are seeking a fully qualified Programme Finance Coordinator to join our Finance team, which provides day-to-day financial support and advice to DRI’s country offices and within HQ. Your tasks:

  • First contact point within HQ for all financial issues for the assigned projects;

  • Budget drafting during proposal phase;
  • Preparation of the budget follow-up, forecast and cash flow;

  • Check the asset management documentation;
  • Management of partners and subgrantees;

  • Ensures compliance with DRI’s policies and procedures, donors’ rules and regulations and communicates relevant changes to the country offices and within HQ;

  • Support in recruitment and induction of new finance team members in country offices;
  • Act as focal point on technical and thematic issues as assigned.

Your skills and experience:

  • University degree in an appropriate subject (business, finance, economics, or accounting);
  • Minimum 4 years of financial and/or accounting, auditing experience within the NGO sector;
  • Experience with finance management of projects funded by international donors;
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff; sensitive to cultural differences when working with people from other cultures; strong ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and build capacities of teams in country office;
  • Advanced IT skills, in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Very good English language skills, additional languages (German, French or Arabic) are an advantage.

  • Creation of an authorization concept and introduction of this to the team
  • Development of a roll-out plan for the country offices and implementation
  • Creation of a data migration concept and support of key users during data migration

  • Creating and updating application documentation and training materials for different audiences

 

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable studies
  • Several years of consulting and project experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online (version 2016), good knowledge of various Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g. Teams)
  • Good infrastructural knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (in particular Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • High degree of independence, quick comprehension and initiative combined with a structured and analytical way of working
  • Ability and patience to explain technical information to people with no technical background
  • Strong service mentality as well as good communication and teamwork skills

Wir suchen nun einen engagierten und erfahrenen Microsoft SharePoint Experten, der das System final für ganz DRI aufbaut und  die Einführung im Headquarter und in den Landesbüros vornimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Weiterentwicklung des aktuellen SharePoint Konzepts und Einrichtung von SharePoint für DRI
  • Erstellung eines Berechtigungskonzept und Einführung von diesem
  • Erarbeitung eines Rolloutplanes für die Länderbüros und Umsetzung von diesem
  • Erstellung eines Datenmigrationskonzepts und Unterstützung der Key-User bei der Datenmigration
  • Interne Schulung von Mitarbeitern und Key-Usern
  • Erstellung von Richtlinien und Standards
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Anwendungsdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für verschiedene Zielgruppen

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Beratungs- und Projekterfahrung mit Microsoft SharePoint Online (Version 2016), gute Kenntnisse verschiedener Microsoft Office 365 Anwendungen (z.B. Teams)
  • Gute Infrastrukturkenntnisse von Microsoft Office 365 (im Speziellen Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium;
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise in einer internationalen NGO;
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrechts, Erfahrungen in der Abwicklung von Visaangelegenheiten wünschenswert;

As Human Resource Officer you are responsible for the personnel matters and administration of the employees at the headquarter in Berlin. As part of the recruiting you publish job advertisements and coordinate the complete applicant management. In addition, we would like to further professionalise the personnel area. The personnel administration, incl. payroll is carried out at HQ with the HR software Personio. The aim is to also cover the full recruiting process over Personio and implement the software in our country offices. The HR Officer reports directly to the Director of Finance and Administration.

Your tasks include:

Personnel Support and Administration

  • Preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Execution of preparatory payroll accounting in cooperation with our payroll office
  • Correspondence with social insurance institutions and authorities
  • Preparation of employment and work certificates
  • Further development and implementation of onboard and offboarding processes
  • Visa support
  • Insurance matters (e.g. travel health insurance)

Recruiting

  • Advising the departments in the preparation of job advertisements, finalization and optimization of the ads (clarity, structure)
  • Publication of job advertisements, especially on NGO-specific job portals
  • Screening and pre-selection of applications received
  • Correspondence with applicants
  • If necessary: participation in job interviews

Professionalisation of HR area

  • Further development of the personnel processes and illustrating these in the HR software Personio, supervision of the implementation of the tool in our country offices incl. training courses
  • Updating and revising existing guidelines in the area of human resources
  • If required: Training of employees on various HR topics
  • Establishment of the HR area in our intranet

Your skills and experience:

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field;
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an international NGO;
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security and employment tax law, experience in the handling of visa matters desirable;
  • Safe handling of the MS Office package and basic understanding of HR software; Experience in introducing HR software – preferably Personio – is of advantage;

Democracy Reporting International (DRI) ist eine internationale, gemeinnützige Nichtregierungsorganisation, die sich für politische Teilhabe und demokratische Regierungsführung weltweit einsetzt. Ihre Aufgaben

Prüfung der monatlichen Finanzberichte

  • Sie prüfen die sachliche sowie rechnerische Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit aller monatlichen Finanzberichte der DRI-Landesbüros anhand der entsprechenden Belege und stellen die Einhaltung der Zuwendungsrichtlinien und die Einhaltung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung sicher;

Reisekostenabrechnung

  • Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen, vorwiegend nach dem deutschen Bundesreisekostengesetz;
  • Überwachung von Änderungen im Bundesreisekostengesetz und weiteren einschlägigen Vorschriften und Aktualisierung der Reisekostenrichtlinie;
  • Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter weltweit in allen Fragen zum Thema Reisekosten.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Sie haben erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium absolviert;
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einer internationalen NGO;

As Programme Finance Officer, you review the monthly financial reports of the Country Offices and work in close contact with the local finance officers. In addition, you are a DRI-wide contact person for travel expenses and are responsible for auditing travel expense reports for HQ. You are part of the Finance Unit and report to the Director of Finance and Administration.

Your tasks:

Review of monthly financial reports

  • Check factual and mathematical accuracy and completeness of all monthly financial reports from DRI’s country offices along with supporting documents and ensure compliance with donor regulations as well as German bookkeeping regulations;
  • Act as the day-to-day focal point for all DRI country offices for finalising their Monthly Financial Reports: ensure regular communication with the Finance Officers in our country offices and provide training, guidance and support where required;
  • Send financial reports to the tax consultancy office, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the bookings;
  • Maintain a proper filing system of the country offices’ related financial data;
  • Proactively identify areas of potential financial risk and develop adequate solutions;
  • Support the Finance Unit in additional tasks when required.

Travel expense reports

  • Check travel expense accounts of HQ, mainly in accordance to the German Federal Travel Expenses Act (Bundesreisekostengesetz)
  • Monitor changes to the Travel Expenses Act and update internal Travel Policy and guidelines;
  • Contact person for employees worldwide in all matters relating to travel expenses.

Your skills and experience:

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field;
  • Ideally you have first work experience in a accounting, ideally in an international NGO;
  • First knowledge and experience in checking of travel expenses and donor regulations (e.g. German, EU) an advantage;

Project Officer (Myanmar)

Background

Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organisation registered in Berlin. Democracy Reporting International promotes political participation of citizens, accountability of state bodies and the development of democratic institutions world-wide.

DRI is recruiting a Programme Coordinator to support the development and implementation of the European Union- funded STEP Democracy project. STEP Democracy is implemented by a consortium of 9 national and local organisations and works with the Union Election Commission (UEC), political parties and civil society organizations (CSOs), supporting Myanmar’s democratic transition with tailor-made and non-prescriptive programming in line with the unique needs of each electoral stakeholder, promoting dialogue on electoral reforms, human rights and democratic governance.

 

Objective and Role

The Project Officer supports the implementation of events scheduled for July 2019: one event on electoral reforms, one event on local governance and local elections and a training for women local government councillors.

 

Location

The Programme Officer will work from Yangon, with occasional travel for project activities.

 

Tasks

  • Manage the invitation of participants and travel arrangements, in coordination with DRI Operations Officer
  • Coordinate hiring of venues and participant accommodation
  • Contribute to the design of event agenda and invitation of speakers
  • Contribute to event reporting
  • Contribute to event monitoring and evaluation
  • Supervise and mentor the programme unit intern

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in social science, political science, international relations, law, or other relevant field;
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in donor-funded technical assistance projects.
  • Experience in programme management, including management of work-plans and monitoring and evaluation tools required;
  • Experience working with civil society organisations or CSO capacity-building will be considered an asset;
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and in a multinational team with pro-active and problem-solver attitude is a must;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in oral and written English and Myanmar.
